Product Description

WINEMAKING: Clones 667 and Martini (50% each), planted in 2008 and 1980, respectively. The 667 vineyard yielded only 0.5 ton per acre. 7 day cold soaking with 30% whole clusters, gentle pressing, and aging in a combination of new, two year old, and neutral French oak barrels. The wine was racked only once after malolactic fermentation and was bottled unfiltered. This wine will age gracefully and will gain complexity in the bottle.
